Medicine Valley Chapter Officers 2017-2018
Officer Positions
President
As President, Sheldon is in charge of leading the chapter as a whole in all events, meetings and competitions. He is also expected to be a role model for all students.
Vice President
As Vice President, helps assist the president, helps hang posters up around school, and helps encourage members to find projects to do. She does not mind helping out when our president is absent.
Secretary-Treasurer
As Secretary/Treasurer, Haylee has multiple jobs he performs. They range from keeping minutes at meetings to keeping track of finances and keeping all of the officers and members organized.
District Officer
As District Officer, Ali helps lead the District 11 meeting, and also represents Medicine Valley FCCLA. She also is a huge role model for other students.
As VP of Public Relations, Sabra works closely with the newspaper and is in charge of informing all members about upcoming events. She hangs posters up and makes announcements around the school.

As VP of Activities, Sabra is the one who always plans what events are happening next. She keeps everyone on track for when STAR events are due and plans activities to do at chapter meetings.
Officer Responsibilities
Officers are required to attend ALL Chapter Meetings.
Officers are required to attend ALL Officer Meetings.
Concessions: Officers are required to work 2 concessions per year.
Polo’s: Officers are required to wear the chapter polo and name badge to school on the days of chapter meetings.
Presentation: All officers are required to do one presentation at a chapter meeting. Officers sign up for a month and topic.
Fundraising: Officers are required to sell $75.00 worth of product.
Recruitment: Encourage other students to join and always promote FCCLA in a positive way.
Attitude: Please remember that you are a leader and a role model for the Medicine Valley FCCLA Chapter at school and other events; please act in a responsible and respectful manner.
